The contacts are needed to establish who the Domain Owner, Admin Contact, Technical Contact and Billing Contact are for each domain. In many cases all these are the same person, which is why TopDog has been simplified to auto-populate all contacts with the same contact. This can be changed by expanding the contacts on registration and selecting other contacts for the various functions.
